Air Fried Almond Crusted Pork Chops

Most everyone doesn't get too fired up when they hear that pork chops are for dinner. They are usually overdone, dry, and flavorless.
These AIR FRIED ALMOND CRUSTED PORK CHOPS change everything! Coated in almond flour and a yummy spice blend, these pork chops have a perfect crust and the quick cooking time with the air fryer assures that they don't dry out - it's a win-win!
Let's get cookin'!

Here is what you need:
1 lb or 3 boneless center cut pork chops
Almond flour
Avocado or olive oil
An egg
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
First, preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees.
Next, in a small bowl, whisk up the egg. In another small bowl, mix almond flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
One-by-one, take each pork chop and dip it in the whisked egg, followed by the almond flour mixture.
Press the pork chop down in almond flour mixture until all sides are covered.

Repeat until all pork chops are covered like the picture above!
Spray/coat air fryer basket with the avocado/olive oil and place pork chops in the preheated air fryer. Set timer for 6 minutes. After time is up, check on the pork chops and flip! Cook for another 6 minutes.

Pork chops should have a nice crisp outside and tender inside!
Serve with your favorite vegetable, on top of a salad, in a stir fry, or whatever you choose! I love mine with my Cheesy Buffalo Cauliflower recipe!
Enjoy!
