Air Fried Sweet Potato Fries

You're looking at one of my favorite things to eat. I don't think I will ever get sick of these. The mixture of seasonings I use make them super flavorful, the timing in the air fryer makes them crispy and crunchy, and not to mention, they are super nutritious and a great carb to add to any meal!

Alrighty, let's get started!

First, you're going to preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.

What you need for this recipe are two or three sweet medium-sized sweet potatoes, avocado oil or olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika!

I like to skin the sweet potatoes, but if you want to leave the skin on that's totally okay - just wash them and make sure they are dry to reduce moisture!

Cut your sweet potatoes up into skinny fries - the skinnier, the crispier they'll be! Here's how I cut mine up!

Once your air fryer is preheated, spray/coat the basket with half of the oil.

Place them into the air fryer basket, spray/coat with remaining oil, and sprinkle with the seasonings!

Cook for 15 minutes and shake halfway through!

Serve these on the side of my Air Fried Turkey Burgers on Lettuce Wraps for an amazing combo! TIP: If you're making them both, just preheat your oven to a low 200 degrees, make the burgers first, toss them in a pan, and stick them in the oven to keep them warm while the fries are cookin'!
