Air Fried Turkey Burgers on Lettuce Wraps
Updated: May 2, 2020
One of the quickest, easiest, and yummiest main you'll ever make! I kid you not, this dinner took me less than 30 minutes to make last night!
Air Fried Turkey Burgers on Lettuce Wraps are the perfect menu item for the weather heating up!
Even better, a box of six frozen turkey burgers is $7 which means there's 3 meals right there for the two of us!
I love substituting lettuce for a bun. Don't get me wrong, I love bread, but I feel like it mutes the flavor of the burger! It may be a little messier, but the crunch factor and freshness of the lettuce is worth it for me! If you're a bun lover, by all means, use a bun!
Here is what you'll need: frozen turkey burgers, a large head of lettuce, your favorite burger seasoning (if your burgers aren't preseasoned), and your favorite burger toppings. My go-tos are beefsteak tomato, avocado, red onion, pickles, ketchup and mustard!
Preheat your air fryer to 390 and place your frozen turkey burgers right on in there - no oil is needed which is so great!
Cook for 15 minutes and flip halfway through. Also, season your burgers halfway through if they aren't already seasoned.
Voila! Place on your lettuce beds or your bun and top with your favorite toppings!
