Cheesy Buffalo Cauliflower


This recipe is super versatile:

  • It can be made vegan: use nutritional yeast instead of grated Parmesan

  • It can be air fried: I prefer this way to cook it, follow the directions below

  • It can be roasted: follow the directions below

  • It can be made an entire meal: serve with celery, carrots, and ranch and you have yourself some makeshift wings!

  • It can be made a yummy side: serve with my Parmesan Garlic Chicken Tenders for a delicious combination of flavors!


Any way you make it will most certainly be one of your new favorite ways to prepare cauliflower!


Lets get cookin', how bout it??

Here is what you'll need: a 24oz bag or 8 cups of cauliflower florets, your favorite hot sauce (I love Frank's Red Hot), nutritional yeast or grated parmesan, avocado or olive oil, garlic powder, and salt.


First, preheat your air fryer or oven to 400 degrees.

Mix up hot sauce, nutritional yeast, avocado/olive oil, garlic powder, and salt into a large both until it is fully mixed. Then, place your cauliflower florets into the mixture and mix until the cauliflower is fully coated like the picture above!

Place the cauliflower into your air fryer basket or on a greased baking sheet. Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through OR roast for 15 minutes in the oven, followed by 2-3 minutes on broil at 500 degrees.
