Cookie Dough Snack Bites


These easy to make, tasty Cookie Dough Snack Bites are made with just seven simple ingredients. The perfect on-the-go snack, pre/post workout fuel, or late night dessert!

Here is what you'll need:

  • Coconut flour: can substitute for almond or oat flour

  • Vanilla protein powder: I love using Orgain Organic Vanilla Bean Protein Powder

  • Almond butter: can substitute for any other nut or seed butter

  • Filtered water or any nut milk

  • Honey: can substitute for maple syrup or agave

  • Vanilla extract

  • Chocolate chips

Materials you'll need:

  • Blender or food processor

  • Large mixing bowl

  • Large plate

  • Parchment paper

How to do it:

First, add all of the ingredients besides chocolate chips to a food processor. You can add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl as well.

Pulse until ingredients form into a batter consistency (or mix in large mixing bowl thoroughly).

Transfer batter to a mixing bowl and fold in chocolate chips.

Line a plate with parchment paper and form batter into 26 one-inch sized balls.

Place in the freezer for 20 minutes and enjoy!

Store in the freezer for the best consistency.
