Crispy Roasted Broccoli

Broccoli is the same kind of vegetable as Brussels sprouts when it comes to cooking them - if you don't season and cook it right, you're setting yourself up for a whole lotta blah.

BUT, if you do season and cook it well, you're in for a delicious and nutritious side for any meal!

I've played around with temperature, time, air frying or not air frying, and I've found that this CRISPY ROASTED BROCCOLI recipe is my favorite way to cook this particular veggie.

All you need are three large broccoli heads or 6 cups of broccoli florets, avocado or olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. If you can't tell by now, garlic powder is my GO-TO seasoning - garlic makes everything so much more flavorful!

If you have heads of broccoli, cut those guys up into florets like in the image above! Spread florets across your oiled-up baking sheet and finish by coating with the remaining of your oil and sprinkle with the seasonings!
