Crispy Roasted Chicken Thighs


Who doesn't love crispy chicken? especially when it's not dosed in flour and thrown into a vat of hot oil!


These CRISPY ROASTED CHICKEN THIGHS are just that! They are so easy to make, require very few ingredients, and use only one pan! Not to mention, they are delicious!


Let's get cookin'!

Here is what you'll need:

  • 4 chicken thighs

  • Avocado or olive oil

  • Garlic powder

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Onion powder

  • Herb seasoning

First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil followed by wire racks (if you have them - if not, no worries!). I use wire racks to drain some of the fat that comes from the thighs while baking. Spray/coat wire racks or your baking sheet with half of the oil.

Place the chicken thighs on the baking sheet and coat with the remaining oil. Sprinkle with seasonings to coat evenly like the image above!


Stick them in the oven for 30 minutes. After the time is up, switch your oven to broil at 500 degrees and broil for 3-4 more minutes or until the skin appears to be crispy. Make sure to keep an eye on the oven during this step as they can burn easily!

And that's it! You have perfectly crispy chicken thighs! Serve with my Crispy Roasted Broccoli and my Air Fried Sweet Potato Fries for the ultimate dinner!
