Mediterranean Turkey Burgers

Back in CO! It was an amazing week home with lots of much needed family time! Happy to be back sharing yummy food! Like these MEDITERRANEAN TURKEY BURGERS loaded with red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, feta cheese, and spices - lots of color, flavor, and goodness!

Here's what you'll need:

  • Ground turkey: I love getting mine from Trader Joe's because it is the cheapest!

  • Chopped red bell pepper

  • Chopped red onion

  • Chopped cilantro

  • Crumbled feta cheese

  • Garlic powder

  • Sea salt

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika

Materials you'll need:

  • Large mixing bowl

  • Mixing spoon or rubber spatula

  • Grill, air fryer, or frying pan

How to do it:

First, preheat grill or frying pan (with a drizzle of avocado or olive oil) to medium-high heat (or air fryer to 360 degrees).

In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together.

Next, form mixture into three 4-inch wide, 1-inch tall patties.

Cook for 16 minutes, flipping halfway through. If using frying pan, make sure to cover to prevent splatter.

Serve with your favorite toppings, pair with my Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges, & enjoy!!!
