No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Are you a fruity sweets or chocolate sweets kinda person?

Chocolate will always have my heart (specifically dark chocolate).

I am always working on making indulgent desserts that have clean ingredients - thus, coming up with these No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter bars.

I kid you not, these taste like a chocolate truffle in the form of a bar. They're fudgy, rich, and the perfect little treat to curb that sweet tooth!

All you need is: cocoa or cacao powder, I put collagen in mine for added protein (if you don't have any, no worries - sub with extra cocoa powder), sea salt, maple syrup, peanut butter, coconut oil, and chocolate chips!

After mixing everything together, it should be a thick brownie-batter consistency like this. BEWARE: this dough is dangerously aromatic and will make you want to devour it point blank.

Once the dough is fully mixed, place it on some parchment paper on a plate (make sure there is enough parchment paper to fold over), fold over the parchment paper, and press the dough so it flattens like so!

Pop it in the freezer for 15 minutes or until it hardens, cut it up, and enjoy!

CHALLENGE: try to have these last three whole days in the fridge - if you pass, you have exponentially more self control than Austin and I.
