No-Mess Protein-Packed Pancake Bake

What's better than pancakes, you ask?? ...Pancakes WITHOUT THE MESS!
Nothing irks me more than wanting pancakes, but having to dirty 486 dishes in the making and they take FOREVER to make - by the time you sit down to eat, they're cold.
I'm a big advocate of pancakes and wanted to figure out a way around this...so I created this NO-MESS PROTEIN-PACKED PANCAKE BAKE.
This recipe is great for meal prep, hosting a brunch (when we can), or just a lazy Sunday morning!
I have been meal prepping this for a couple weeks now - it is so simple and so yummy in the morning with a hot cup of coffee. I spread a little almond butter on them and top with whatever fresh fruit we have on hand! Plus, it's a great way to boost your protein intake for the day!
Here are a variety of ingredients you can use - for mine, I used Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes pancake mix and Pescience Peanut Butter Cup Select Protein powder. As long as you have the correct measurements, you can use whichever pancake and protein powder you would like!
The visual appeal when it comes out of the oven is very boring.
Cut it up into 8 pieces and enjoy!!!
