Power Bites


My favorite quarantine snack has been these little guys - POWER BITES!


These bite-size snacks are the perfect fuel for pre workout/post workout/no workout/anytime really! Each bite is filled with 6 grams of healthy fats, 10 grams of carbohydrates, and 4 grams of protein!


This silicone mold has been one of the best purchases when making any bite-size snacks. I found it at Michaels and it's only $8 right now! Click here to get your own :)


All you need for this recipe is:

  • Oats - I use old-fashioned oats

  • Coconut flakes - I use unsweetened coconut flakes

  • Ground flax seed

  • Collagen or your favorite protein powder - I use Vital Proteins Unflavored Collagen Peptides, can omit this ingredient if you want!

  • Chia seeds

  • Chocolate chips - I use semisweet

  • Peanut butter - I use Trader Joe's organic creamy no salt peanut butter, only ingredient is peanuts! Can easily substitute any nut/seed butter for this!

  • Honey - can substitute maple syrup or agave for this


Mix everything up in a rather large bowl until it is fully combined and form into your brand new silicone mold or into balls!


Let bites sit in the freezer for 20 minutes before devouring - they will harden fast!


Store in the freezer or fridge for up to two weeks. Grab one for an afternoon snack, a nighttime dessert, or whenever you choose to!
