Crispy Roasted Brussels Sprouts

When thinking about Brussels sprouts, what do you think of? Most people think of a stinky, flavorless vegetable, kinda like how kiddos feel about broccoli.

Much like broccoli, it is ALL ABOUT HOW YOU COOK & SEASON IT. If you steam them, sure, they are not going to be great.

I am not apart of the majority on this one - I have loved Brussels sprouts my entire life. My dad used to grill them all of the time growing up and still, to this day, my favorite meal is ribeyes with Brussel sprouts - a staple meal whenever I am back home :)

Apartment living makes it hard to grill, so I recreated my dad's Brussels sprouts in the oven!

5 simple ingredients - that's it!

This is how I cut them up - cut the ends off and cut in quarters. I find that the more you cut them up, the crispier they get!
