What you'll need:
2 eggs: I used Vital Farms pasture-raised eggs
One stick of pasture-raised unsalted butter: I used Vital Farms for this as well, can substitute for any other butter as well!
Coconut oil: melted and cooled, make sure it is fully cooled or else it will cook the eggs while mixing!
Vanilla extract
Almond flour: I used Bob's Red Mill, can substitute with any flour substitute
Cacao powder or cocoa powder
Coconut sugar: can substitute with any sugar substitute
Sea salt
Dark chocolate chips: or any chocolate chips you have on hand!
Flakey sea salt for topping
Materials you'll need:
8x8 baking dish
Parchment paper or nonstick cooking spray
Large mixing bowl
Whisk
Measuring cups & spoons
Rubber spatula
Sharp knife for cutting brownies
How to do it:
First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8x8 baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Next, in a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until fully combined. Then, whisk in coconut sugar and melted butter.
Stir in almond flour, cacao powder, and salt until it forms a brownie-batter consistency, it should be pretty thick!

Fold in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips into the batter.

Pour batter into prepared baking dish and spread out evenly with a rubber spatula.

Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips over top of batter.
Pop it in the oven for 30 minutes.

Once time is up, sprinkle flaky sea salt over top and let cool for 20 minutes.

Cut into 9 brownies and enjoy!!!
